For PARASOLS, GAZEBOS, TENTS, Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition with all the original packaging intact. We are sorry that return shipping costs needs to be at your own expense, and will incur a £20 handling fee. To initiate a return, please contact us at parasol@parasol-uk.com with your order number.

The refund policy is applicable for only PARASOLS, GAZEBOS, TENTS, there are no refunds for any other products including table clothes, Napkins, etc.

Orders: Orders are processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 2 working days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For urgent requests, please contact us directly.
