*All our prices include shipping to UK mainland.

*We can ship to Europe and further afield on occasion - please ask us. 

*We ship our Luxury Garden Parasols and Luxury Gazebos via UPS. 

*We ship smaller items with Evri unless you specifically ask otherwise. 

*We will always endeavour to ship as soon as possible; the same day or the following working day, and they invariably arrive with you on the next working day. 

*If any item is not in stock, and this has not been announced at the point of purchase, we will contact you immediately and offer you an immediate refund, or of course, update you as to their expected arrival date.

*We are delighted to gift wrap if required and include a hand-written message if you request this. 

*If you have any queries at all, please don't hesitate to ask.  

Returns

Should you have any query about your item, please contact us immediately.  We offer returns  within 14 days conditional upon items being unused and in their same condition as at delivery, in their original packaging.
