*All our prices include shipping to UK mainland.

*We can ship to Europe and further afield on occasion - please ask us. 

*We ship our Luxury Garden Parasols and Luxury Gazebos via UPS. 

*We ship smaller items with Evri unless you specifically ask otherwise. 

*We will always endeavour to ship as soon as possible; the same day or the following working day, and they invariably arrive with you on the next working day. 

*If any item is not in stock, and this has not been announced at the point of purchase, we will contact you immediately and offer you an immediate refund, or of course, update you as to their expected arrival date.

*We are delighted to gift wrap if required and include a hand-written message if you request this. 

*If you have any queries at all, please don't hesitate to ask.  

Returns

Should you have any query about your item, please contact us immediately. Orders must be returned within 20 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns, and your shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
