When placing a pre-order these lead times do not apply.

We ship to several countries worldwide and please order through the website for Europe and Scandinavia, or, if you feel happier, or if you are further afield, please email us at parasol@parasol-uk.com and we will be delighted to help you.

Whilst we will ship out to the same time scale as our domestic shipments, please be aware that we are unable to take responsibility for any delays in international shipping
which can incur duty and customs fees which will be at the purchaser’s responsibility.

Returns & Orders

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our returns policy below.

Returns:

For PARASOLS, GAZEBOS, TENTS, Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition with all the original packaging intact. We are sorry that return shipping costs needs to be at your own expense, and will incur a £20 handling fee. To initiate a return, please contact us at parasol@parasol-uk.com with your order number.

The refund policy is applicable for only PARASOLS, GAZEBOS, TENTS, there are no refunds for any other products including tablecloths, napkins, etc.

Orders: Orders are processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 2 working days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For urgent requests, please contact us directly.

Please note that with apologies, we cannot accept any international returns.
