Parasol Base
A Parasol Base
is essential for your Luxury Parasol. This can either be a table with a hole in the middle (and we produce tablecloths with an opening for the pole which makes it completely simple to change without taking the umbrella out of the table if you are planning to leave it in position) - if you are using a table, you'll need a little "stabliser" at the bottom, either a lightweight base or most tables have a little place at ground level for the pole which is perfect.

you will need a base. We are very happy to supply these - please message us and we can arrange and when bought with an umbrella, there will be no shipping charge.
Returns
Orders must be returned within 20 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns, and your shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Orders are almost always delivered within 2 working days and are dispatched Monday to Friday when you will be sent tracking details for your order. If you have a very urgent request, please do message us at parasol@parasol-uk.com - if we can help, we will.
When placing a pre-order these lead times do not apply.
We ship to several countries worldwide and please order through the website for Europe and Scandinavia, or, if you feel happier, or if you are further afield, please email us at parasol@parasoluk.com and we will be delighted to help you.
Whilst we will ship out to the same time scale as our domestic shipments, please be aware that we are unable to take responsibility for any delays in international shipping
which can incur duty and customs fees which will be at the purchaser’s responsibility.
