Our Luxury Gazebo, 3M x 3M is the perfect answer to planning summer gatherings in our unpredictable seasonal weather. Measuring 3m x 3m, they are ideal for putting over an outdoor table or picnic or providing shade for evening drinks and come to you in a bag on wheels, so are easy to take to school sports day or Royal Ascot where we promise you from experience, you will be the envy of all!
They have a 'big top' centre for a wonderfully airy feeling, and the classic Parasol-UK pelmet.
They are easy to 'pop up' in about 6 minutes, including the stockings on the legs of the robust frame, and just like our parasols, and are VERY water-resistant!
The underside of each gazebo is made from our exquisite block-printed Parasol-UK Hartpury design creating a stunning setting and a beautiful canopy to sit underneath and enjoy.

CARE: It is absolutely essential that the canopy is bone dry when it is put away - we cannot be held responsible for any milldew or effects of the weather.
UK DELIVERY: Orders are almost always delivered within 2 working days and are dispatched Monday to Friday when you will be sent tracking details for your order. If you have a very urgent request, please do message us at parasol@parasol-uk.com - if we can help, we will. Friday orders will be sent on Monday.

All UK orders and most international orders are shipped from the UK on receipt of full payment.
It is very important that someone is at home to receive the delivery, otherwise we regret that the customer will be liable for any charges incurred for a further delivery attempt.
If no one is present to sign for the delivery there will be extra charge to arrange a redelivery. A fee will be charged for missed deliveries that are not rearranged should the order be returned to us.
Please be aware that whilst we have a very good record with our deliveries, once we have booked them, they are beyond our control and we cannot be help responsible for any delay although we will do all we can to support you. .
POSTAGE & PACKAGING: UK Mainland postage and packaging is at a standard rate with UPS and unlike almost all our competitors, is included in the price. It is essential that you open the box very carefully as we cannot accept returns nor consider any compensation without the original box in good condition.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: It is extremely rare for customers to be anything other than delighted with their purchase! If you have any problems at all, please do contact us immediately and we will do all we can to help. It is essential that you retain the packaging please in case we need to make a return.
All returns and refunds are made in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you need to contact us within 7 days of the date you receive your order. We will help you with your return and provide the return address.
We are sorry that we are unable to offer free returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please make sure to package the box properly, as well as leaving a note with your name, order number and reason for return in the parcel. Under Consumer Contracts Regulations a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of the customer handling the goods more than was necessary.
We reserve the right to reject items returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Once the return has been received, we will process the refund within 3 working days. This excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. All returns are made at your own risk. Please contact us before returning any item
IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED: Your order will have been checked very carefully before we dispatch it to you, so problems are thankfully very rare.
If for any reason a product has arrived damaged, or we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do all we can to help. It is very important that you keep the packaging in this instance. We will then either arrange to collect the item(s) from you or ask you to send it back to us, and we’ll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
